Struggling with difficult emotions like anxiety and depression or an addiction, so often feels lonely, stressful and unrelenting. However, counselling can help as it allows you to get things off your chest. Talking through negative thoughts and feelings will enable you to find better ways of dealing with your situation and consequently, reduce anxiety and depression.
As part of my therapeutic programme I integrate the practices of mindful awareness which fosters a non-judgemental and compassionate approach towards ourselves and our experiences. Mindfulness can help you to cope with stress and anxiety and let go of unwanted thoughts.
